NATA 2026 housing is open.
NATA has worked hard to secure the lowest hotel rates at official NATA convention hotels for attendees and exhibitors, available on a first-come, first-served basis only through our official housing provider, Convention Management Resources (CMR). Enjoy benefits including:

CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official housing service provider for the 77th NATA Clinical Symposia & AT Expo.
No other housing service provider or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of NATA. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Orlando hotels and cannot guarantee rates and accommodations during the conference dates.
The FTC’s Business Impersonation Rule, which targets scammers impersonating businesses and government entities—including hotel reservation scams—went into effect on April 1, 2024.
Important Info
NATA 2026 takes place in Philadelphia during an exciting time – the city will also be hosting World Cup events and the nation’s 250th Fourth of July celebration. With so much happening, travel demand will be high.
We encourage you to make your travel plans early to secure the best rates and availability.
- For best first-come, first-served availability, reserve your housing through CMR by June 3, 2026.
- Between June 9-16, 2026, reservations will continue to be accepted but are subject to availability.
- NATA 2026 housing closes on June 16, 2026.
The following guidelines are in place regarding the NATA 2026 official convention hotel guestroom block:
- Requests to extend hotel reservations before or after the official dates may be limited due to overlapping citywide events, including the FIFA World Cup and the 250th Fourth of July celebration.
- Regular reservation audits will be conducted.
- Reservations made by individuals not affiliated with NATA or the annual convention may be cancelled without notice.

Parking
There are many parking options, including garages and surface lots, conveniently located within blocks of the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The rates for parking along the perimeter of the building vary.
Tips & Considerations
- Rates vary significantly depending on the garage, time of day, and whether you reserve in advance — many garages show lower rates on apps when booked ahead.
- For multi-day attendees (e.g. staying for several convention days) -a garage near the Convention Center may run around $30-40/day; reserving early is strongly recommended.
- If you’re just coming for a couple of hours or a single session, street parking or short-term garage options might be more economical — but check signage carefully to avoid tickets.
Daily Convention Shuttle
Select NATA hotels will have shuttle service to the Pennsylvania Convention Center for official NATA convention events. Shuttle service will begin on Monday, June 29 and end on Thursday, July 2.
