NATA 2025 housing is open.
NATA has worked hard to secure the lowest hotel rates at official NATA convention hotels for attendees and exhibitors, available only through our official housing provider, Convention Management Resources (CMR). Enjoy benefits including:
- Competitive hotel rates
- No prepayment at time of booking
- CMR stands ready to assist throughout the reservation process, including onsite
- For best availability, reserve your housing through CMR by June 3, 2025.
- Between June 4-15, 2025, reservations will continue to be accepted but are subject to availability and may be limited.
- NATA 2025 housing closes on June 16, 2025.
CMR (Convention Management Resources) is the official housing service provider for the 76th NATA Clinical Symposia & AT Expo. No other housing service provider or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of NATA. These companies have not entered into agreements with the Orlando hotels and cannot guarantee rates and accommodations during the conference dates.
The FTC’s Government and Business Impersonation Rule, which targets scammers who impersonate businesses and government entities, including hotel reservation scams, went into effect on April 1, 2024.
Airline & Car Rental
Discounts
NATA and our official travel agency, Direct Travel (Formerly Colwick Travel), have secured airline and car rental discounts for NATA attendees.
Daily Convention Shuttle
Select NATA hotels will have shuttle service to the Orange County Convention Center – West Building for official NATA convention events. Hotels with shuttle service will be noted on the NATA housing website and in the NATA 2025 convention app. All other properties are walking hotels.
Shuttle service will begin on Tuesday, June 24 and end on Friday, June 27. A detailed convention shuttle flyer will be posted here and in the NATA 2025 convention app closer to the event.
Airport Transportation
All official NATA hotels are located in the International Drive Area in Orlando, which is approximately 16 miles from the Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Parking
For attendees who plan on driving, the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) operates on-site vehicle parking at both our West and our North-South Buildings. Additional parking is also offered at the Destination Parkway Garage.
Parking rates vary upon vehicle size and entry time. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For those who plan on driving to the convention center, event-specific parking areas will be listed on roadway signage on International Drive, Universal Boulevard and the surrounding area.
