We’re excited for AT Expo 2017 in Houston! We’re looking forward to working with you and watching the show come to life with your booths and products and services. Below you’ll find approximate budgeting information for the cost of building your booth and operational services as well as insurance information. The exhibitor service manual will be sent to you by email in March of 2017 to order your booth services. For quick reference, here are the rules and regulations as stated in the exhibitor prospectus with your exhibit space contract.
When considering your AT Expo budget, use the list below as a pricing guide for the most requested booth services. A complete, final price list will be available in the Exhibitor Service Manual (available Spring 2017).
|Carpet||It is required that each exhibiting company have a floor covering for their booth which covers the entire booth space. Exhibitors can bring their own or rent through The Expo Group.||$205 per 10’x10′ standard carpet|
|Electricity||Show Management does not provide electricity.||$145 per 500 watt outlet|
|Table & Chairs||Standard 6’ draped table / Upholstered side chair with chrome finish||$160 each/$80 each|
|Material Handling||If you ship a booth to the advance warehouse or directly to the exhibit hall, you will be responsible for the Material Handling fees associated with the movement of your freight within the hall. The final cost is based upon the weight of your freight.||Direct to advance warehouse- $125 per 100 lbs. Direct to show site- $117 per 100 lbs.|
|Cleaning||Keep up the appearance of your booth space during the AT Expo.||$.55 per sq.ft. (one time per show)|

|Lead Retrieval||Exhibitors can rent lead retrieval systems through NATA’s official registration company, Expo Tracker. Forms can be found in the exhibitor services manual.||Desktop device with printouts for notes – $275 Handheld device without printouts – $295|

Certificate of Insurance
- A Certificate of Liability Insurance is due to NATA by June 2, 2017. This protects you and NATA from legal suits if anything should happen on the trade show floor. Although NATA has insurance coverage, it does not cover each exhibiting company and their booth staff.
- Exhibitor shall, at its own expense, secure and maintain through the period of the exhibition, inclusive of move in and move-out days, the following insurance: (a) Worker’s Compensation and (b) coverage in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000) of Combined Single Limit coverage to include: Comprehensive Form, Premises/Operations, Contractual, Broad Form Property Damage, Products/Completed Operations and Personal Injury. Exhibitor must provide the NATA with a copy of its Certificate of Liability Insurance no later than June 3, 2017. The certificate shall name the NATA as an additional insured, shall provide that the policies may not be canceled or materially altered unless at least 30 days prior written notice has been given to the NATA and shall cover occurrences on any part of the Center property, as well as any occurrences related to exhibitor’s participation in the AT Expo. Failure to provide said Certificate to the NATA does not relieve exhibitor of the responsibility to obtain this coverage. The insurance carriers providing such insurance shall have no less than an “A” rating according to A.M. Best’s rating and shall be authorized to do business in the State of Texas.
Under “Description of Operations”, the certificate should state: NATIONAL ATHLETIC TRAINERS’ ASSOCIATION (“NATA”) IS ADDITIONAL INSURED FOR THE NATA CLINICAL SYMPOSIA & AT EXPO TO BE HELD AT THE GEORGE R. BROWN CONVENTION CENTER, HOUSTON, TX, JUNE 24-29, 2017 (WHICH INCLUDES INSTALLATION/DISMANTLE).
Under “Certificate Holder”, the certificate should state: NATIONAL ATHLETIC TRAINERS’ ASSOCIATION, 1620 Valwood Parkway #115, Carrollton, TX 75006.
